ABOUT PANTITLÁN

Pantitlán is inspired by the Mexico City neighborhood of the same name.
The word comes from the Nahuatl language and means “between flags.”

Historically, Pantitlán represented a place where cultures met — between the Aztec world and Spanish colonial influence.

Our taco bar embraces that idea.

By day, this space is Mercado Panadería, a neighborhood bakery.
But when the sun sets from Thursday to Saturday, the bakery transforms into a hidden speakeasy taco bar serving authentic Mexico City street food and cocktails.

Pantitlán is where tacos, tequila, and tradition meet.
